I Haven't been on Facebook much but will be updating the page with new job photos and helpful suggestions as well. We are expanding our work load and have changed the company name to Priority Projectx Unlimited LLC. , I've been doing business under my sole proprietorship name for a long time. But to grow the brand and become more accepted in the industry for providing quality Home improvement services. I believe it is a needed move in the right direction. I can now submit more bids in the marketplace and build relationships with suppliers of top brands .This also allows me to grow on the commercial side of the business . With more growth we will be able to hire other quality Tradesman in the industry to help us in our goal to help you. Same great service just under a different name. So " Make your next project, Our priority."

I'll start out the year here Folsom California pretty blue house . I mean really blue house . Very nice color also very bold . How many of you would go as dark on a color ? I think this this house will hold the color . Definitely gets the eyes though, so we're going to put white trim on it and by the time we're done it will have some pretty nice curb appeal.

Christmastime entryway. 52 Cuts with a diamond blade and yes a Craftsman circular saw! Made the water table on the tailgate of the truck. Don't think it's really much OSHA approved out there running Craftsman circular saw in about 4 inches of water room. Tile was down and this lady needed an entrance way for Thanksgiving. Finish this up on a Wednesday just prior grout sit overnight and was dry for Thanksgiving morning.

demo at a local business. Restoration of original wall Had to move in 12 in inches and strapped to adjacent walls, anchored, insulated , drywall and textured a little bit of interior paint when Steel corrugated wall exterior. This was a single-handed demo for the fly finish on time for inspection.

Little Garage home addition in Antelope California. Client needed a little extra space to for storage. Utilize the vaulted ceiling design I put a second floor above the garage and a way to get up there. Also hit some nuisance wires rearranged a couple lights and put in the garage door opener for the rainy days or the real cold days if you just want to stay in the car. Turn out to be a great client look forward to more work with her

Great way to use up some lumber you have laying around.. I built this deck with the help of my wife CC for a client in El Dorado Hills California. All of the wood used to on the deck was used on other projects around the property. From the 1x2x1/2 slats on the guardrail to the 4x4x10 post holding it up.. it has oak stain with 5 coats of waterproof .. beads up runs off .....came out great!!

I picked up a bi-weekly account today that was actually quite interesting. It is an animal sanctuary for animals that have been mistreated or abandon and wild animals that just found herself in the wrong place. My favorite was a little billy goat then acted like a little dog and followed me around the property as I worked. This house along with another are properties owned by a local real estate company. Keep them coming.

Doing about a 1-acre initial cut still in the process but this is definitely an example of lack of maintenance.

Letting your lawn get in excess of 12 to 24 inches high and the Dead Heat Of Summer could be very risky. Taking a lawn from that height down to a normal 4 inches could kill your lawn for the season. I left this one and four inches which is still kind of high for bahia.

I haven't let my hopes down yet on this one, being that it will be on a 9 day cycle we will do our best to bring it back to life.
