Some projects from this week-
Aren't these shoe organizers great? They are tipped, so you can easily see all three pairs of shoes you have stored on each one.
We are finishing up our last estate clearing job. The movers came today to load the PODS headed to Virginia. We just have a few more items to find homes for and probably one dump run.

Here I am on the first day thinking, "Here we go again!" Another whole home clear out, but this time we had only 5 days to do it! Two large dumpster loads, lots of donation trips and free pickups out front, and the rest was packed to ship to the east coast. There are a few loose ends to finish, but overall my team and I did what we needed to do. It took us 134 work hours over the course of those 5 days.

We have had a very busy June and July is on-track to be extremely busy, too!

While I was on vacation last week, a few of my team members were busy clearing out my long-time client's storage unit. I had helped her organize it about 4 years ago when she first got it. Now, she decided to downsize from 3 units to 1. I was impressed by how much work my client and team members did to make it happen!

Our shed project this week-

The picture on the right is the AI-generated vision our client had for the space. The picture on the left is what we managed to do today. The amazing amount of decluttering the client did with donations and a trash pile really helped this vision come to fruition.

Updates with Rene's Home Organizing-

We recently helped one of my long-time clients move into her amazing new house. This was the third ( and I think last) move I've helped them with over the years. I've been clearing out a hoarded house this week for an elderly couple who are having trouble keeping up with the clutter in their latter years. I've also been preparing to have my third on-line auction in a few weeks. I've discovered that auctions are a great way to clear out a home and make some money at the same time! I recently sent an estimate to clear out a house with 30 years worth of stuff that will have to be done on a tight timeline, so that will be a big project if we are offered the job. Also, my husband who is mostly retired now has been helping us more and more doing dump runs and handyman services for our clients. He is an awesome addition to our team and will be working more with us in the future!

Before & After's of a Closet that my team member, Jena, did recently.

I consider Rene's Home Organizing to be a sustainable company🌎. We try to keep as much out of the landfill as possible. We recycle and donate whenever possible or we give items away for free.. It would definitely be much easier to toss all of this stuff. I had a whole row of items lined up on the driveway yesterday that were suppose to be taken to the dump that people came to pick up. They were all taken by the end of the day!

This was a fun job that we worked on last week...organizing a toy room. We sorted all of the toys that had been all mixed together in a large jumbled heap. Then, we put them in labeled bags and bins to be stored in these IKEA storage cabinets.
