NOW HIRING – SENIOR POOL SERVICE TECHNICIAN / ROUTE MANAGER
Roseville / Folsom Area
Smith Pool Service is an established residential pool service company seeking an experienced full-time pool service technician to join our team.
We service long-term residential accounts throughout the Roseville, Granite Bay, Rocklin, and Folsom areas.
This position is best suited for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage a pool service route.
Position Includes:
Full-time position (32–40+ hrs/week)
Monday–Friday schedule
Compressed workweek scheduling may be available depending on experience and route structure
Company work truck provided during work hours
Stable year-round work
Immediate start available
Job Duties:
Weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
Water testing and chemical balancing
Filter cleanings
Equipment checks
Minor troubleshooting and repairs
Requirements:
Prior pool service experience preferred
Reliable and punctual
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to work independently
Good customer service and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Able to lift up to 100 lbs
Reliable transportation to/from our Roseville area shop
Pool service industry management experience, repair experience, route management, and mechanical ability are all highly desired. Future management opportunities may also be available for the right individual.
Compensation:
Competitive pay DOE (depending on experience)
Compensation based on experience, independence, repair ability, and route management capability
IRA retirement plan
Company closures/holiday weeks throughout the year

Smith Pool Service has an opening for a full time swimming pool service tech in the Roseville to Folsom areas.
Experience not required. This is a fulltime position with plenty of opportunities for overtime. Will train motivated people who enjoy working outside and will show up every day on time.

Job Description

Manage a number of residential swimming pool accounts. Includes cleaning, chemical testing, some repair. Will be provided with work truck. Part time helper positions also available for those looking to get their foot in the door.

Qualifications

4.) Good driving record
5.) Friendly
6.) Ability to work long hours when needed and lift up to 100 lbs
7.) Experience preferred but will train the right person
