Not all “pool guys” are legitimate.
We were called to help a person with their pool that wouldn’t clear up.
Upon inspection we discovered:
- cracked filter cartridges
- spaghetti plumbing
- backwards filter plumbing, which caused the filter cartridges to crack under pressure.
This is another one of the jobs by “I know a guy that can do it cheaper”

Black Algae:
It grows in pools with poor water circulation, low chlorine levels, or improper PH level. Black algae can also be caused by contaminated pool toys or bathing suits that have been in a natural body of water, especially lakes and rivers.
Small patches can be treated with an algaecide and shock. Large concentrations should be left to the experts like us. Either way, give us a call and we’ll handle it for you. 916-997-5564

Swim season maybe over, but your pool filter is still working. Now is the time clean your filter to remove dirt, pollen and sunscreen residue that will buildup and clog your filter, causing poor filtration and expensive headaches.
Sunscreens are the biggest problem. When those oils get in the water, they’re almost impossible to get out of your filter system. Sometimes they need to be replaced instead.

Great time and great training at the Pentair Reno Regional Summit. We sharpened our service skills and strengthened our pool chemistry knowledge. We shared our challenges and learned best practices from industry experts. Excited to apply what we learned to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
