Well I have been so busy lately I haven't posted anything in a while, I have been doing more and more new custom homes and they have been pretty big in size especially when I'm doing them by my self it takes a lot of time. these are some pictures of my latest start, this is actually two houses on this contract for me. The smaller one is only right over a thousand square feet but it is a grannies quarters and the other house is a five bathroom home and I think it was around 4500 square feet. and spread out as you can see. the pictures all are the big house. I hope to be able to have the time to post [plenty more on this project and some of the others I haven't had time to stay up with updating on. I'm always excited when I start another new home, The clients almost always take most of my advice because the years I have in the trade which sometimes I think about how many years I have been plumbing and wow, 31 years in plumbing 22 years as a licensed contractor so I guess I should know something right. lol

I know I haven't posted anything for a while and have really been wanting to, I have been wanting to show off a few projects I have been so busy with trying to keep up with other subs I have been working not only seven days a week but have been working day light until after dark. anyway I have been really excited about this house and to show off the progress I have made. And the fact that I am so far along with it I am hoping everyone will enjoy looking at the house more because you can see a lot of progress that has been made. I have put a lot of time in this house too because the size of it. just under the 4000 range of square feet. it will be nice when it is all complete. This home owner is more than just that, he is part of a super family, they are really nice family and give me all their plumbing work. They consider me a part of their family. all their kids at young ages come up on the job site where ever it may be as I have several for them right now they come up to me and say hi Howard. they all know my name and are very polite. so I love all this family and always put all my effort into giving them a nice house that will be a reliable plumbing system. Hey if not then It will be me they call at odd hours if something breaks so that also helps me put my heart into it Give me some feed back on what you think on any part of this house. It will mean a lot since I have done the entire plumbing system on my own.

Its been a bit since I have been able to post much lately as I have been working so much but I must tell you I'm not complaining about having work. I get up and gladly go to work every day of the week, it's a a lot better then having none and these days I have to turn some down because I have too much on my schedule as it is. The clients I do have though I try to take care of all their needs. These pictures are of a family that live in West Sacramento and they have a lot of family too so they all call me and as they own businesses I do work there as well. This one here called and said there was a leak under the sink somewhere so I suspected it was a disposal with an internal leak because that is pretty common with the number one brand Insinkerator so when I got there and had a look it wasn't the disposal at all and didn't even find one under the sink until I was about done. The wall for the sink backed up to the house in the garage and the house was a sub floor and was about four feet high so I ended up under the house where I found multiple leaks

I have this new home all roughed in and it passed inspection with no problems to delay the schedule. I cannot believe how fast this concrete contractor gets it done. It passed inspection on Friday for the footings and plumbing so was ready to pour and Saturday came I was out this way working on another small job so after I was done I thought I would stop by and see how the footings were looking. it was about two o'clock and when I pulled up the concrete contractor had just left. Not only did they pour the footings but they pushed the rock in filled up to four inches from the surface with rebar in they are already done and going for a inspection to pour the slab. I was really impressed I must say because they did a great job even at this pace and as I know so far they didn't hit any pipes with the tractor. Great job so far. I will have some more pictures of the slab before
it is poured and you can see then how much they did in one day.

starting a new house the other day, over 4000 square feet it will be. I am going to try and get as much as I can with pictures as it gets done. It is one of the best clients you could ask for. This set of pictures are not showing much as of yet because I have only just got to the job site and starting to layout the walls and pulling strings but next few days after I got the plumbing installed and passed inspections. I will be posting more current pictures after today as I have a little more time to do so but the last few days working on this was hot and the Indian red is showing in my skin now.I was to busy trying to get this ready for a inspection to stay on schedule and glad I passed the first time because one set back in the build schedule at this point would cause a major set back.

Man if this client wasn't such a great customer of mine I would have thought this was on purpose but given the fact that he had kinda talked to me about this being up there it is kindof my fault.If yo look at each piture I will explain how it happened. My fingers are not broken but sure felt so.

A house I started and almost finished with then they didn't want to wait for me to complete a couple items because it was two weeks out on my schedule, so here I am now to fix those last couple items because who ever tried to do it failed in a big way. this is only one part he failed on. Its the hose that connects the disposal to the dishwasher and this is how I found it. I can't believe it was left like this it could have flooded the kitchen.

I didn't really like the idea of a free standing tub in such a tight area but I think it turned out great

Her is Russ again he was wanting to finish what he started with this Rinnia Water heater. must say that this being his very first tank less heater he did a great job. As he could tell you I am not easy to satisfy with the quality of work and I have high expectations even of my self and will not except anything but a nice looking job.as well as being correctly installed as per plumbing code
