This is our second event collaborating with North Ridge Country Club and what a wonderful event it was! Chef Darrell Madeira and his staff were so welcoming and passionate. Sous Chef Walter Sally may be the hardeste working man alive! GM Rink Sanford is one of the most collected and axcepting leaders we have ever worked with. Dave Zaluica and Richard Bond, it was a pleasure working with you two.

Chef Tyler Bond has a distinctive style & approach to classic culinary dishes, using nature & unique ingredients to create his menu & presentation. Bond is the charismatic founder of both We The Freaks, a series of pop-up dinners & Dirty Feet Dining, a group of chefs composed of local farm partisans committed to the continuation & preservation of small, local family farming. With his pop-up dinners, Bond celebrates the ‘misfits’ in the back of the kitchen. Like them, he is fearless & willing to fail. His sense of adventure comes from his history of traveling all over the world cooking in places like Alaska, Mexico, Kenya, Thailand.
