Feeling great is not about favoring one person over another. It’s about feeling appreciated and respected for the hard work, love, and knowledge I pour into my recipes. 🤍

Self-investment is still growth even when I don’t speak or fully understand the language. That’s why interpreters exist… they become the bridge between passion and knowledge 🤍
I’ve heard some sisters bad-mouth my teaching fees or try to influence my students not to learn with me. But let me be clear, my knowledge is not free. I travel, invest, and continue learning to bring real skills and authentic pastries back to share with those who truly value my work.
If you prefer learning from YouTube, beginners, or my students teaching for a cheaper price; that’s your choice, and I respect it. As for me, I invest in my craft, so yes… there is a fee.
I love sharing new pastries with sisters who support and appreciate my journey. But I will keep certain sources and teachers private. Too many people sit and wait for the results of my hard work and research without understanding what it takes behind the scenes.
Choose growth. Choose respect. Choose real investment.

Everyone has different tastes. What’s delicious to me might not be for you, and that’s okay. I don’t hate anyone; I’m simply running my business. You invest, and I teach easy and simple ✔️Choose carefully who you learn from. Real, in-depth knowledge isn’t just about what’s free or cheap. True growth comes from investing in the right guidance and valuing the process.

Those who learn from me know that my recipes are shared with love, patience, and real support. Ask questions, learn the tips and tricks, and be willing to invest in the tools and ingredients I use that’s how you grow faster. I don’t choose favorites; I help every sister who comes to learn from me with respect and an open heart. You don't ask for help then I don't know if you need help. We don't gossip about other people but baking tricks 🤣🤣🤣

I normally don’t take orders or cater at the moment, but this time I made an exception to help the aunties and give back to the family with 25% off.

It was a weekday with very limited time, and I worked through the night by myself. In 12 hours, I’m only completed 340 long Chen buns with 3 fillings, all in different shapes and designs.

It was tiring, but my heart is full knowing my pastries could bring comfort to so many people.

I may be slower because I focus on quality over quantity… but seeing how much everyone loved them made everything worth it 🤍

I’m really grateful that the knowledge I share can help uplift others. When you choose to learn with me, I teach with an open heart. I don’t hide or hold back. We all have different talents, and even if we can’t be perfect at everything, the one thing we’re truly passionate about is what makes us shine.
I never try to step over anyone’s path. I just stay kind, keep growing, and learn to stand strong while accepting both love and criticism. Every step of this journey reminds me how blessed I am, and I’m thankful for everyone who continues to support and grow alongside me 🤍
