Started a router extension for my table saw, ended up making a mobile router cart instead.

Sometimes the wood gods have other things planed.. either way, I’ll finally have a router table again!

Finally giving this jointer some well overdue TLC!

I upgraded to the Lux Cut III Helical Cutter Head. It arrived fast, it’s insanely sharp, and it’s going to be a workhorse for the shop. These carbide blades cut like a hot knife through butter.

What did you miss? Just the boring stuff..
Jointing, planing, rip cuts and two big glue ups to get these panel to size. I then used my palm router to trace the template into two pieces and sent them through my drum sander. Now for the fun part!

The jump from a rough sketch to a final piece is all in the template. Since I don’t run a CNC, I lean on my .official laser to bridge that gap.
