This is what happens when you have a building inspector that really just wants to screw with you......
Let's face it we live in a very seismically inactive area....
But for whatever reason inspector felt the need to ding me on the amount of room from the water heater and the wall.....
So....the fix is 2x4's....
I don't know about you but I feel as though if we were an earthquake strong enough to pose the possibility of the water heater coming through the wall.... the water heater is going to be the least of my concerns
