Took on a little after work project the past few days. Nice little break from painting. Helped a good friend tear out their old backsplash and countertops, replaced them with quartz. The new backsplash is some nice white subway tiles. Just waiting on their new appliances and they’ll have quite the kitchen renovation within a week.

Sneak peak of a project we started last week. New build on Sanford Lake, about 3000 sqft between the garage and living space. After the first week, everything is first coated and ready for trim and doors to be put on. Still a ton of work left to do, but it’s already coming together within a few days. Here’s a project that was recently completed. Painted a living room, dining room, two bedrooms and a hallway. The previous owners had removed the quarter round on the trim, so we installed new quarter round prior to painting the baseboard. About half of the existing baseboard was white and the other half wood, we went and painted all the baseboard white so it matched throughout. We also did quite a few accent walls that really give character to each room.
