Rain water finding its way into the top of the window, secretly causing havoc in the wall over many years.

No active bugs found. Replaced all rotten studs/ drywall. Stucco repaired. Matched the paint.

Removed vinyl siding & old water damaged OSB sheathing/ studs on chimney. No ants or termites… yay!!!

Installed new materials, including Zip sheets & fiber cement board.

Credit to the entire team on this one…… everyone worked very hard to get this done before the next heavy rain. 💪🏻
