Another one in the books for Micro Maintenance Concierge & Seaside Improvements...demo the old deck that was ground. We built this one up above the existing deck to create a step up deck. Also, replaced the old wall caps on the front upstairs deck & installed new railroad ties downstairs at the front door. Then we did little bit of deck trimming around the tree to give it growing room.
