Do you have streaking counter tops?
Do you have streaking mirrors?
Use this method and I promise your streaks will be gone!
As a maid, I deal with this regularly. And it's not just countertops, it's mirrors, it's toilets, it's anything I use a chemical on to clean.
Every so often, I need to strip all the chemicals off and start from scratch. To do that, I use very hot water and magic erasers or sponge with zero chemicals.
I will always disinfect something before I strip the chemical off because by stripping the chemical off, your surface is still left disinfected, and it's makes the next clean go smoother.
I also think this is important to do with floors.
If your laminate, wood, or tile floors are very streaking, you need to get all the chemicals you've used before off. It's best to do with hot water and always a clean mop.
When trying to chemical off, it's important to do it in small sections because your rag, sponge or mop has chemical on it so you need to be washing that off quite frequently in order to not spread the chemical around.
In all of my customer homes, I only ever need to use water to clean their mirrors because I never use a product ; therefore, I don't deal with streaky mirrors. In some cases, I'll use cleaner on mirrors, but I prefer not to.
If you deal with streaky mirrors, strip the chemicals off. Take a magic eraser or sponge with no chemicals and use hot water while washing the mirror, constantly washing off your sponge and using the water to clean. You'll be able to literally see the chemical come off and when you're just cleaning with water. I let it air dry for 2 minutes and then wipe up. If needed, I'll use a microfiber to buff the mirrors.
