Main Street Paving is a growing asphalt paving company committed to quality workmanship, safety, and reliability. We specialize in residential/commercial paving projects and take pride in doing the job right the first time.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced asphalt operators and laborers to join our paving crew. Ideal candidates are dependable, hard-working, and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

Operators:

Operate paving equipment (paver, roller, skid steer, etc.)

Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance

Work closely with crew to ensure quality paving and safety

Laborers:

Assist with asphalt paving, raking, shoveling, and cleanup

Set grades, prep surfaces, and assist operators

Maintain a clean and safe job site

Requirements

Previous asphalt or construction experience preferred (will train the right candidates)

Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus)

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions

Pay & Benefits
