😃 Plaster transformation!

I am horrible about taking before pictures, but the first picture shows a lot of the wall defects on these old plaster walls.

We scraped, rough sanded the walls then skim coated all surfaces to fill in the imperfections, primed everything, caulked all the trim to the walls, then painted with Agreeable Gray.

‼️ Now booking interior work for winter and exterior work for spring.

🤝 I love every house I get the opportunity to work on but THIS one was very unique. This house was built almost 200 years ago. Back when people knew what they were doing 😂. There was some grueling work involved in the corbels on this one but we got it finished up and it doesn’t look a day over 50!

Great family living in this one that I have developed a real friendship with. I’m excited to see how this house turns out inside when it gets done.

🎨 This is a customer we had painted for a few years ago, we did the whole interior of this house. Walls, ceiling and trim. He called back to get the exterior done back in May.

This was definitely a fun one to do and I loved how the blue doors turned out!

Hello everyone! I want to apologize if there is anyone I haven’t gotten back to for work, I’ve been on a bit of a hiatus these last few months. My family and I took possession of an old farmhouse back in June and that has been keeping me extremely busy. There have been a few jobs in the mix that I have done and I will post those pictures in the next few posts. This post will have photos of our own house.

I’ve torn walls out, redone most of the electrical work(not a licensed electrician lol) lots of drywall work, texturing, painting. We are moved in here now and looking to get back to work for other folks!

❗️I haven’t posted in a while just because we had so much work and I didn’t want to push people out so far. Here is the basement remodel that I had posted about before!

We framed these walls, installed 6 outlets, hung and finished drywall, built a closet, installed a drop ceiling and wafer lights, installed closet doors and trim, then painted. Floor was done by Nathan Snyder.

We are doing another room in this home and the drywall is almost finished up. Get ahold us for a free estimate on;

What we’ve done so far..
✅Framed walls and closet
✅Drywall hung with first coat of mud
✅6 Outlets wired and installed

What is next?
❗️Prime and paint walls

👨‍🍳 Alot of prep work for a little paint work! We painted all of the windows and trim in this large living room, did a Romabio Lime-Wash on the fireplace brick and put a new face on the mantle.

This project gave a nice, modern upgrade to this home that costed a fraction of what it would be for new windows, and they look like they came straight from the factory! 🕺
