The custom cabinets and flooring were showing wear and the customer wanted a new design and a different arrangement.

It was in great need of help and has been renovated and partially restored. As many elements as possible were reused and repurposed, with missing pieces replaced with salvage items or replicated by hand.

The original stairs were in serious need of refurbishment with new oak treads, risers, landing flooring and an oak handrail

The carpeted stairs and flooring were replaced with oak treads, painted risers and new flooring throughout the lower level.

Peeling paint, cracked glazing and broken glass made these windows look terrible. Repainting, reglazing and new glass made the windows look almost new.
