I've been quiet on here, and it's because I've barely had a second to sit down.
Tour of Homes wrapped up, and the month since has been the busiest stretch Timber Glow Lights has ever had. When I started, my goal was four installs a month. In August, I did nine.
I'm thankful beyond words. For everyone who shared a post, passed along my name, or stopped by the booth. For the business owners I've gotten to know this year, who've become friends and have sent people my way without me even asking. And for every homeowner who trusted me with their house.
Here's the thing I keep noticing. When I reply to a review, I almost always end up writing the same thing: it was a pleasure getting to know you and your family. The lights are awesome, don't get me wrong. But standing in a driveway at dusk with a family the first time their house lights up, watching the kids lose their minds, that's the part I didn't see coming. That's the part that makes this feel like more than a job.
Thank you, Salem. Onto September.
If you've been thinking about permanent lights before the holidays, now's the time to reach out. Free home preview, no pressure, and I'll show you an AI mockup of what your place would look like lit up.
