Finished up another historic downtown apartment project. This one’s pretty special. It’s easily one of our nicest downtown buildings here in Salisbury and it was actually part of my thesis project from 1996-97. It only took 26 years for upper floor living to become a reality!

Jenkins Building Adaptive Reuse: This will be our first historic renovation project in Downtown Statesville. I'm very impressed with the downtown streetscape improvements and foresee a lot of historic development potential.

Finished building will have 2 retail spaces on the front, a separate office suite from the rear alley, and 4 apartments on the 2nd floor.

The Village Chapel, Pinehurst - Heritage Hall project just about completely framed out. From early design, through Village rezoning and approvals, we've been working on this one for a few years now. Excited to see it happening and blending into the pine forest just like it was supposed to.
