I’ve only lived in Kentucky a couple of years, but man, I have never seen the rain be relentless and continuous as it has been the last few days! I have already had to reschedule Photos sessions for the farm! Although the rain is good, I won’t lie that it felt even better for the rain to stop for a few hours yesterday evening to spend this little bit of magical moments with the babies mama to be a new mama. Of course not recorded we spent time with Daddy Napoleon as well and the ducks.

M A Y- you have been full of gut wrenching and yet full of spectacular. So far you have tested us and yet shown us that truly none of this matters to a degree, our time is short and so we need to infuse the sweetness, squeeze every drop we can. No matter how difficult at times.

The babies are two weeks old tomorrow and are so much like their daddy. We are so honored to have them. Mommy has found her calm footing again and milking wonderfully. And Moonshine, pooooor Moonshine lol, poor ole girl is STILL PREGNANT

Praying she pushes those babies out soon and safely.

I do feel it’s coming soon, she has been so melancholy and wanting to just lean on me for face massages.

Have you tried fresh raw goats milk? Have you had a bad experience, when we’re open I’d love to challenge you to a cup and see if you don’t change your mind! 🥛

These little cuties born 5 days ago 🫶🏻
Mamas doing good and has so much milk we need to milk her out here and there so she doesn’t get too swollen. Our Moonshine is ALSO due in the next week, so we may have 6 little cuties running around here soon !

We’re still alive!

Admittedly, social media has been a thorn in our side lately. We deconstructed from “business” on Instagram to be able to gain music rights back and in doing so it severed a connection with THIS page that not even Facebook techs can figure out! The only alternative was to DELETE and start over but, we value all of you who show us support on here way to much to do all that.

We will try our hardest to post to both Instagram and Facebook separately 🤦🏻‍♀️

Having eight-year-old to help you with the farm as a complex thing.
As my professional egg, gather, he’s in charge of going out and collecting all of the Eggs multiple times a day to ensure that they are fresh and we don’t get into any egg eating habits from our chickens.
Well… I started to notice. I’m coming up short on Eggs and when he was confronted, he roundabout admitted that he has allowed the ducks to start creating their nest and feels too bad to take from them so he only gathers the ones that are loose and around the house. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Proud moment? Or…… lol
