Look around your home for 'toxic clutter' and get rid of it These are things like unfinished projects that make you feel guilty for not finishing, puzzles or toys you feel like you have to find that last piece of before you donate it, or clothes that are too small. Those objects give you negative feelings when you look at them and you don't deserve that. You can also look for 'identity clutter' - these are things like tennis rackets and balls when you're not a tennis player anymore but you USED to be, and in your mind you identify with 'being' a tennis player. Give yourself permission to get rid of those things and regain your space. If there is anything giving you negative energy in your bedroom, get it out of there - your bedroom should be your sanctuary and you should feel GOOD going to bed and waking up in there every morning. A positive feeling space will do wonders for your moods
