From unusable to fully functional! This customer had this restroom out of service for a while because of water damage in the sub-floor. After some good elbow grease we got it back to tip top shape. TALK ABOUT A TRANSFORMATION!! We got this 4-plex nicely painted for our good friend Sal. This is what they mean when they say diamond in the rough. We were glad to be apart of this transformation getting the exterior repairs done and freshly painted. This is a combination of Repose Grey Walls, white trim and absolute black for the front masonry. We needed to repair a-lot of the trim, cracks, replace some siding and light stucco patches before we could get the paint going. All in all we feel like the results were stunning, and as you can see the pictures speak for themselves. Feel free to reach out to us for any painting needs or other general home repairs. Over time Water is not your friend when it comes to your home. At this customers home, they were having water seep through the seams of their shower panel walls. This caused very saggy walls and of course the shower panels were beginning to come off the wall because of the damage. We did quick work replacing the damaged areas with a more durable green board and then re-attached the shower walls. All while making sure everything glued up nicely and all the seems were nice and water tight. We were able to get this shower done the same day to avoid as much down time as possible. We got a call from a good friend of ours about some water damage in the drywall after an unseen leak in the wall had gone on for some time. Here is a fun project we recently helped a client to do. The first contractor was never able to complete the job that was given to him.😒
In the end, we helped with the granite, replaced the handles in the kitchen, built vanities, and installed shelves for storage in a closet.😎
In addition, we helped with additional errands like hanging mirrors and installing floor transition strips, as well as cleaning up the trash that had been left behind.❤️
