Good evening everyone, your HOA board is up for election! All positions are open for candidates, there are currently 2 board members in position now.

If you are interested in running for a seat, please provide a short paragraph of information about yourself and why you feel you would be a benefit to the community by serving on the Board of Directors (previous experience, what you would like to do for the association, etc.) to [email protected] and here. Dear Homeowners:

Our HOA Board is seeking 2 board members that is willing to volunteer to help serve our community without any compensation from the Association.

These positions are not extremly time consuming but you do have to allocate for board meetings and email/text/phone call responses. We help guide our community with maintenace of common areas/landscaping, budgeting, etc.

We need nominations by December 6, 2023! The names of individuals submitted via a Board Member Candidate Profile form will be listed on the absentee ballot, as well as on the voting ballot.

MAILBOX UPDATE:
We have purchased the replacement mailboxes but unfortunatly there is a lengthy process to replace these mailboxes. Our Community Manager Olivia, has been constantly trying to schedule an appointment with USPS to have their inspector meet with our contractor to approve the replacement mailboxes (this is required PRIOR to installation), and inspect the mailboxes after installation, then receive the keys (this is their process, not ours). Homeowners will pickup their new keys from their assigned USPS post office.

Our community dog park is almost complete but while it is being worked on we need to stay out of these areas for safety and liability reasons. There has been damage to the doors due to people forcing their way in; there are locks and signs for no trespassing.

Within a week or two the benches will be installed - we are hoping it will be open early/mid December

We are not legally able to enforce anything that is on PUBLIC property

Issues with animals please contact Bexar County Animal Control #210-335-9000
