My Christmas dessert was a pavlova tree! It was fun to make and actually pretty easy! The layers consisted of meringue rounds that I measured and piped onto a baking sheet, a raspberry coulis (aka sauce), whipped cream, and strawberries. A wooden skewer held at all together so I didn't have to worry about it toppling over. It was a delicious and light finish to our Christmas dinner. I will definitely make it again.

It's almost Thanksgiving! This is one of my favorite traditions, a turkey cheese ball. The turkey head is made from a piece of red pepper and you can use all kinds of things as feathers like pretzels, crackers, or even nuts. Sometimes I buy a premade cheese ball, but I have a recipe for a tasty pineapple cheese ball. Link in the comments.
