This week, I did something new.

My longtime client Jimmy wanted to have a proper cover for his pergola. He was tired of cooking under that Texas sun.

I installed the "Hercules" SkyPoly panel system by Cover Your Pergola. This product is a great way to convert your pergola into a proper cover.

I also installed a roll up outdoor patio blind, and an outdoor ceiling fan that has a built-in Bluetooth speaker! The speaker is loud!

The pergola was in bad shape. I had to do some adjustments, and reinforcements. I managed to get the frame square within a 1/4 inch. Not bad considering it was out of square by almost two inches.

This client hired a "handyman" almost a year ago, to replace some broken tiles. He DID NOT finish the job!

I removed the entire vanity tops and used GoBoard (from Lowe's) for the substrate. This stuff is amazing. 100% waterproof and lightweight.

They wanted a modern look, with hexagonal tile and black grout.

Did my best to have the change of planes line up and natch to give a flow of tile.

Back to back flooring jobs!

This client wanted the old 80s style wood flooring to be replaced with a new Laminate Plank flooring. Yes, with a v***r barrier. Then the kitchen had new tile installed. New baseboards throughout. The kitchen turned out to be very symmetrical. Completed a bedroom.flooring install for them as well. Sometimes a contractor is needed if you've never done it before!
