Sometimes the smallest detail makes the biggest difference.

Instead of removing the entire bathroom vanity, we can remove the toe kick, jackhammer and replace the flooring underneath, then install a new toe kick to finish it off.

Less demolition. Less work. Same result. 🔨

Those giant wood beams are just decoration… 🤷‍♂️

Sand them. Refinish them. Or just remove them completely.

It takes a community to make a difference.

Today, I brought together a group of contractors and trades to walk through Lee and Leslie’s home and figure out how we can all help.

Everyone is taking on a different part of the project, with one goal: making their home safer, more accessible, and better suited for Leslie.

This is bigger than construction. It’s about coming together to help a family who truly needs it. 🏠❤️

When the community steps up, everyone has a role. ❤️

The owner of RojoWood Lumber & Building Supply heard about Lee and Leslie’s situation and wanted to help.

He’s stepping in by offering materials from his own business to help make their home safer and more accessible for Leslie, who lost both her hands and legs.

It’s amazing to see local businesses come together and give what they can to help a family in need.

This is bigger than construction. This is community.

We’re here in Rancho Bernardo, and after seeing her kitchen ripped up, our client decided she wanted to completely change the layout.

That means moving walls, plumbing, electrical, and pretty much everything else.

Now we’re figuring out exactly what she wants so we can build her dream kitchen.

A simple kitchen refresh turned into a much bigger project. 😳

What started as new countertops, backsplash, and paint led us to a stain on the ceiling and eventually a serious leak from the upstairs shower that had been causing damage and rot.

That’s why we always recommend keeping some extra room in the budget. You never know what you’ll uncover once a project starts.

$80K for 23 windows?! 😳

The homeowner received a quote to replace all 23 windows and knew there had to be another option. We came out, looked at the project, and were able to give them a much more reasonable price.

Big or small, every project deserves a fair look. 🏡🔨
