We have been very busy with a couple 2500 sf Luxury vinyl plank residential projects, including designer carpet on stairs. We are also in the midst of completing a remodel of the upstairs flooring, including stairs, at the Boys and Girls Club of San Dieguito. Next up Sheet Vinyl with self-coving at the shipyards at Nassco with Omega Industrial.

Spent a day scribing baseboard off the walls. Don't want any paint harmed during demo. We will be replacing carpet with vinyl as well. 3600 square feet and 700 lineal feet of baseboard should be done in less than a week.

We have taken on some new projects. Commercial carpet, VCT, rubber base and consulting on some design. Also doing residential wood floors and carpet. After hours and weekend work, cubicle lifting, existing floor demolition and disposal.
We are full service!
Here are some pics: Rubber base sharpens up a garage. Handscraped natural walnut for residential. Before and after demo in a commercial trailer. I'll post finish picture when done with new vct in that one.

Before and 1 after picture of latest carpet project. If the last installer didn't do the stairs properly, add tack strips anyway. Do it the right way. Also, if you are going to pay for demo and disposal, furniture moving, prep and install, please buy a quality material that you are going to enjoy and will last. It makes sense to enjoy it for a few more bucks! This couple did and love it! Dixie Home Spellbinding carpet.
