Did you know we do a lot of kitchen and bathroom renovations? This kitchen in Point Loma had an awkward layout and needed a refresh. The layout was turned and windows were added to give it a more functional, open feel. The living room was connected to the kitchen and a new pantry and larger bathroom for after paddle showers was created.

Dot Cafe in Carmel Valley is now complete! This project took over a previous coffee shop and split the space in two to create a cafe and a children's food atelier workshop for the nearby Dot to Dot Preschool. Another recently completed project in Rancho Bernardo. is a unique coffee bar where you can get truly delicious specialty sourced coffee and food made with scratch made ingredients they make themselves. Everything from the syrups to the bread. The design allows for a large work area as well as plenty of roof for cueing and sitting areas. It is inspired by the suns rays.

Recently finished guest suite ADU in University City that doubles as a work-from-home space and a pool house! The ADU has a stunning view towards La Jolla and UTC and utilizes composite wood siding and aluminum windows and doors. It has a small kitchen and a full size bathroom.

The 765 sf South Park Two Story ADU is finished! This project took the place of a two car garage with 4 feet added to the front. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it's amazing what you can fit in a small footprint!
