It was our pleasure, getting this floor done was a challenge! 😅

Love seeing these little Treasures around town come to life.

The San Leandro Historical Society has been hard at work refurbishing the "Little Brown Church" located on the grounds behind the Casa Peralta. Upgrades include a newly refinished floor courtesy of Christian Rodriguez, owner of Simple Floors Oakland.

We lost one of our own. Flooring Tech, PRO!

Miguel Angel Gomez passed of a stroke, July25th, 2021.

From the time I spent with Miguel, I can honestly say he was a good man, great work ethic and loved his family.

He was young and this was unexpected. Any amount you can give will go a long way toward helping his family.
PLEASE give what you can!

Our most heart felt condolences, to his brother German Gomez, his wife and kids, his mother and the entire family.

When this client called to tell us that they tried to refinish their own floors and ruined it we quickly answered the call.

On arrival I couldn’t tell exactly what was used but they did try to put some finish over an existing stained floor without any preparation.

Here are some pictures of the before as well as the Afters.

Some bitter sweet news we got after we finish this job is that the tenant below is complaining about noise and will now have to be covered in carpet.
