Our principal has over 15 years experience in corporate/retail/multi family residential, as well as religious and hospitality work and is a registered architect in Texas. MEL/ARCH prides itself by being able to provide great d

esign solutions while taking great care to meet each client expectations at most affordable prices. Additionally we can assist with site planning or urban design. MEL/ARCH is designing a new green and sustainable single family residential project. We are using cement blocks that use 85% mineralized wood and 15% cement. The outside of the home will be clad in Cork. Stayed tuned for a sneak peak of the design. Yes....we are using wind turbines as well

Ramiro is a meticulous designer who strives to keep an open mind in each design to meet the needs of all occupants. His attention to detail brings integrity to each design while expressing a unique beauty to the surrounding environment.

Ramiro received a Bachelors of Science in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2022.

Good Earth corporate office and maintenance facility. This building was designed to serve both as corporate office as well as a maintenance facility for the service trucks.

The idea was to incorporate a landscape feature into the building to reinforce the nature of the business being a landscaping business. The building is 23,000 square feet which includes 9,000 square feet off office space over two floors. The roof is a single slope roof with a water catchment system for rain water harvesting.
