Steak Fajitas 🌮🔥

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed) 🍋
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
- 1 pound steak (flank or skirt)
- Bell peppers (sliced)
- Onion (sliced)
- Tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.
2. Add the steak to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. ⏱️

Wraps de Poulet, Jambon et Fromage 🌯🧀🍗

Ingrédients (pour 4 wraps)
4 grandes tortillas de blé
2 filets de poulet cuits, effilochés ou tranchés finement
4 tranches de jambon
4 tranches de fromage (cheddar, emmental ou mozzarella)
1 cuillère à soupe de moutarde ou mayonnaise (optionnel)
1 cuillère à soupe de beurre fondu ou d'huile (pour badigeonner)

Préparation
1. Préparer les wraps :
Préchauffez la friteuse à air à 180°C (350°F).
Disposez une tortilla à plat sur une surface propre.
Étalez une fine couche de moutarde ou de mayonnaise sur la tortilla, si désiré.
Placez une tranche de jambon au centre, ajoutez du poulet et une tranche de fromage par-dessus.
Repliez les côtés de la tortilla et roulez-la fermement pour former un wrap.
2. Préparer les wraps pour la cuisson :
Badigeonnez légèrement chaque wrap avec du beurre fondu ou de l'huile pour obtenir une texture croustillante.

A diner classic you can make at home! The Patty Melt combines a juicy burger patty, caramelized onions, and gooey cheese between crispy, golden bread. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or a midnight snack!

Beef Barley Soup 🥩🌾

Ingredients :
For the Soup Base :
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lb beef stew meat, cut into small cubes
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 carrots, peeled and diced
2 celery stalks, diced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
6 cups beef broth
1 cup pearl barley
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
For the Garnish (Optional) :

Fresh parsley, chopped
Crusty bread

Instructions :
Brown the Beef :
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the beef stew meat and brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove the beef and set aside.
Sauté the Vegetables :
In the same pot, add the chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and celery.
Sauté for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
Build the Soup :
Add the beef back into the pot along with the thyme, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.

Steps to Prepare:

8 slices of thick-cut bologna
8 slices of white or brioche bread
4 slices of cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional, for spreading)
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon mustard (optional)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Directions:
Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Lightly spread mayonnaise or butter on one side of each slice of bread. Sprinkle with garlic powder, if using.
Place a slice of bread, spread-side down, onto the skillet. Top with a slice of cheddar cheese and 2 slices of bologna.
Place the second slice of bread, spread-side up, on top of the bologna.

For the Shrimp:
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Juice of 1/2 lemon
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup chicken or beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
Prepare the Steak:
Pat the steaks dry and season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the steaks for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust timing for desired doneness). Use a meat thermometer for accuracy:
Rare: 125°F (52°C)

2 lobster tails, halved lengthwise
1 lb sea scallops, patted dry
6 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
3 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon, juiced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the lobster tails, flesh side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the meat is opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add scallops to the same skillet, cooking for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Melt the remaining butter in the skillet. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
Return the lobster and scallops to the skillet, tossing them gently in the garlic butter sauce.

Directions :
Cook the rigatoni:
Cook the rigatoni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside 🍝.
