Had so much fun enclosing this covered porch! Been a long time since I’ve posted. A lot of life has happened. Business is great. Doing lots of fun and new projects. This one is one of my favorites. I had the privilege of doing the final design work on this one of a kind cabin and it’s turning out so good! Total build time on this project will end up being 7-8 weeks from start to finish. If you’re looking to get into short term rentals on your existing property we can have it up and going for you in about 2 1/2 months from the day we look at the project to the day we do the final walkthrough! Unbelievable transformation on this house! We absolutely loved getting the challenge to change every aspect about this house. You couldn’t even get from the down stairs to the upstairs with out going outside!
