5411 Wilshire | Los Angeles, CA

Los Angeles has no greater boulevard than Wilshire. Beginning in downtown and ending at the beach, it’s the primary address of Koreatown, Hancock Park, Miracle Mile, Park Mile, Westwood, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica.

In full acknowledgment of the history of the Talmadge, the Ga***rd, the Bryson and others, 5411 Wilshire focuses on moving beyond the expediency of recent high rise residential development. Room sizes, design and finishes in the public areas, a set of amenities unrivaled in the city, and dedication to personalized management characterize this tower residence. Amenities include a full gym, two pools, and an exercise facility overlooking a park. Immediately below this is a bowling alley, VR room, golf simulator and yoga studio.

The curvilinear nature of the tower is also an aspect of the podium screen, and the paving of the entire block is derived from Art Deco designs. The tower window system takes its form from the patterns of art deco decoration as do the frit patterns shading each window. The 5411 Wilshire building is returned to its original design including signage, materials, windows and awnings. Its commercial space includes both a white tablecloth restaurant, café, bar, and convenience retail.

2811 Maple | Dallas, TX

In a city full of differing architectural styles this new tower establishes itself as a dignified, reserved and somewhat aloof addition to the skyline.

In a location where nearby office towers present a challenge to privacy, 2811 Maple protects privacy views through an angled screen at the exterior, the shade and shadow of light ever changing throughout the day becomes an important variable to the design and the building’s distinction.

525 Market | San Francisco, CA

525 Market is the third largest building in San Francisco, equidistant between new development to the South and the existing Financial Center to the North. The redesign includes a statement entrance, re-cladding the central columns in aluminum ellipse forms. The entryway is topped by a canopy that extends from the street all the way to the English Oak-clad elevator core at the center of the building. The visual focus of the space is a new receptionist desk, flanked by travertine walls.

The ownership sought to redefine the public spaces to preserve and enhance the value of the property. The new plaza design features a breathtaking circular acrylic fountain and public seating.
