ANOTHER 5-STAR REVIEW!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“I live on the east coast, Sandy, OR is a long way for a service call. My 2020 MB Revel was blowing cold air. No white smoke. Espar throwing error code 14 -overheat...I watched all of Rixen's troubleshooting videos. All incredibly informative. Decided to call customer service. I was impressed that Jim Rixen, the owner himself, answered and proceeded to walk me through trouble shooting what was wrong with my Rixen heater. Jim stayed on the phone with me for 38 minutes while we cleared Espar codes and checked out the heat pump, It turned out to be the heat pump was not circulating. I ordered a new heat pump and received it in 2 days! I then called back for a walk thru on how to install. Absolutely incredible customer service!! All explained perfectly in layman terms for me, a solo woman van wanderer. My heater is now blowing fantastic heat and hot water! Thank you Jim Rixen for your expertise and the patience it took to get me and my brother, a layman up and running again. I would give them 10 stars!!”

As part of our 40-year anniversary giveaway with Eberspächer, we are proud to complete the installation of a full Airtronic AS3 D2L heater system for our winner, Finley Salmon.

I’ve been to their shop once for maintenance on my diesel heater, and the experience was excellent. More recently, I needed some technical help diagnosing an issue with my heater. When I called, I received a call back from Jim Rixen, the owner, even after their office had closed. He explained he was catching up on calls from the day.

Over the next 24 hours, he spoke with me several times and patiently walked me through how to troubleshoot the system and ultimately resolve the issue on my own.
