Now Hiring: Part-Time Office Manager (Partial Remote) – WCI Electric (Santa Clara, CA)
WCI Electric is a third-generation, family-owned electrical contractor serving the South Bay. We’re growing fast and looking for a Part-Time Office Manager who’s organized, tech-savvy, and ready to take initiative.
This role is mostly remote, but we’re looking for someone local who can check in once or twice a week in-person for job updates, employee coordination, and on-the-ground support.

✅ Responsibilities:
• Job scheduling using Housecall Pro
• Invoicing & estimate follow-up (QuickBooks)
• Light permit paperwork
• Customer calls, confirmations & job follow-ups
• Bill payment & vendor tracking
• Help improve employee productivity (track hours, follow up on checklists, keep field teams organized)
• Job cost tracking (labor vs materials vs budget)
• Basic lead generation (follow-ups, warm outreach)
• Social media posting (2–3x/week using templates we provide)

🧠 What We’re Looking For:
• Strong admin experience in the trades (construction/electrical preferred)
• Local to the South Bay — able to check in 3/4x per week (Santa Clara area)
• Highly organized, strong communicator, confident using tech tools
• Proactive looking for ways to lighten the owner’s load
• Experience with Housecall Pro, QuickBooks, and/or Canva is a big plus
• Comfortable helping track employee tasks, job costs, and jobsite productivity

💰 Pay: $25–$30/hr depending on experience
⏰ Hours: ~15–20 per week (flexible ish)
📍 Mostly remote, with some local field check-ins
