New Look 6676 in a wonderful Liberty of London linen print. Yes Liberty makes linen! I was looking for a midi skirt pattern for fall to wear with my new Madewell winter boots. This skirt was a quick sew and fit perfect out of the envelope. I made two yesterday while it rained all day☺️

Getting my spring planting done… the old fire pit has a statue of the Virgin and Lilies of The Valley bulbs which should be coming up soon. This school year I decided to start a sewing club at Gigi’s school. Gigi herself dropped out of the class lol….. but I’ve been having a fun time learning how to teach the skill of sewing to this sweet groups of girls. I’ve had lots of help from some of the moms and the girls have progressed from making hair scrunchies to their own dresses for Medieval Day. Yay!!!
