Major landscape renovation on this amazing 5,300 sq ft home in beautiful Montrose, AL along the shore of Mobile Bay. This project is very extensive & we’re completing a phase each week! We have repaired irrigation, added drainage to the front yard, & installed 1,000 sq yds of St Augustine sod in the front along Scenic 98. The backyard has been completely reformed with the addition of 300 cubic yards of topsoil & sand. We will still be adding drainage to the backyard, battery powered irrigation in the backyard, almost 2,250 sq yds of St Augustine sod, & an amazing Flagstone walkway connecting the driveway to the back deck. Dr. Renz & his wife, Katey, have been amazing to work with, are excited about the finished product, & will be contracting us to maintain this beautiful property as well. They have also spoken to us about another major project for a residence they recently purchased on the Lakewood Golf Course in Pt Clear by the Grand Hotel!!!! Completion pictures to follow!!!!

Beautiful home in extremely nice neighborhood, Colony at the Grand Hotel in Point Clear. The Perkins were referred to us by the General Manager at the Walmart in Fairhope. We added 3 zones of irrigation to their existing system, brought topsoil in to correct their backyard’s grade, layed 11 pallets of a GeoZoysia turf, & installed pine straw around the entire home. I know Dan & Lisa live in Mississippi & this a vacation home for them, but we treated like it was our own place & exceeded their expectations. They are going to contract us in the future to install a paver patio out back for them as well! Thanks for letting us be a part of your vacation home dream!!!

Entire transformation of this backyard. Wilson Pool Design did an amazing job on the coping, pool installation, & helped with retaining wall. We have built walls, are working on paver patio currently, have built staircases, done capstone work, landing, soldier brick, & will be doing final landscaping & irrigation. Our hardscapes division has recently been contracted to build an outdoor kitchen inside of a swim up bar at the Comien residences new pool & has appointments with two more fully involved pool/fire pit/outdoor kitchen projects! Beautiful home in downtown Fairhope! Put a gutter system on the side of the garage, installed an in ground French drain system connected to the gutters w/ rain poppers directing all water away from the house, installed new St Augustine sod, created a beautiful bed along the side of the house with white & yellow Iris, Agapanthus Lily, Flax Lily, & variegated grass, & created a walkway along the bed to connect the back & front yards. We also installed a 15 gallon Camellia screen between the residence & the home next door. Customer was extremely satisfied!!!

Recent completion of a Dunkin Donuts in Gulfport, MS. Entire job completed in under a week! Amazing job by each All Phase landscape tech involved! Close to 1,500 plants, 20 ft tall Muskogee Crape Myrtles, Tif-Tuff Bermuda sod, Nuttall Oaks, pea gravel borders around the structure, hardwood mulch, & lots of hard work!!! Our company holds Irrigation & Landscape Construction contractors licenses & is capable of handling any size project.

Start to finish recent project at Walmart in Semmes, AL. The recent construction of their new Online Grocery Pickup building required grading this old area off, adding some new topsoil, & about 15 pallets of fresh centipede sod. End result greatly improved the curb appeal & we’re happy to handle all of Walmart’s landscaping & irrigation needs at their 12 locations in the greater Mobile area.
