The good, the bad and the ugly.
The before was a perfect example of planting the wrong plants in the wrong place. Now the customers can still have privacy without the plants over taking the lanai.
✅Salvage the Pygmy palms along the back to block the neighbors houses but still keep the water view.
✅Major tear out. Rip out all bushes and palms overcrowding each other and damaging lanai screens.
✅Install new plantings that will grow to fit the area.
✅Drainage & Irrigation solutions.
