Cloud 9 Confections had been a dream for me since I created it for a final project en route to a degree in hospitality management from the University of South Florida. For as long as I can remember baking and candy making have been my passion. After seeing one too many shows on the Food Network and thinking "“I could do that"” I decided to make my dream a reality.
