Bioelectrical therapy. Just a couple sessions, fixed my swollen ankle, helped with inflammation, and the nagging pain in my right arm is almost gone. Call Angela for an appointment.

And then there was 4. Again. Sean and Aj started in july of 2018. Jamming at work. Had a full band and moved to second jam space by August. Recorded in the studio in July of 2019 and never looked back. First show Feb 15 2020. They had to cancel their last show on Jan 23 2021. Back to 2. Sean and Aj go to their third jam space. Regroup. Find new members. Move to 4th jam space. 4 guitar players, 2 bass players and 3 singers later, here they are. Back to four. They decided to let there second guitarist go. With that said. This is the heaviest and tightest lineup so far. They are going to continue to remain a 4 piece unit. They continue to write and are creating a set list. These gladiators will be ready for battle soon.
