For the past year, I have been taking this online class called, "The Art of Money" led by the amazing Bari Tessler. There is so much to say about this class but the most important thing that I got out of it is that our relationship with money is complicated for many of us and it takes a heart based approach to start to make changes in this area of our lives. I just went to Barnes and Noble to buy some coloring books but you can actually print them from home. It really is very relaxing to grab some markers, a glass of wine and sit down and color away.
