Added a light to a room , put bead board up trimmed it out and painted it and put 3 new lights up and scrapped popcorn off garage ceiling fixed the mud joints primed and paint took a double Gate down rebuilt it put a no sag kit and fixed a roof leak

Another house turned into a home alot of different things done in this home tore old skirting off replaced with metal and vents added with fake rock columns on each corner of the porch and house to give the look of for holding the structure up replaced porch lights with fans on front and back porch also painted both and front door , shutters, screen door,back porch ceiling and 5 poles after that we tore old flooring up in house and laid snap and lock flooring down painted master bath/ guest bath and added a shelf in each bathroom a total make over in and out
