Sam's Hardwood Floors We are a local family-owned business located in the Northshore area of MA. Services throughout N.E. Sam's Hardwood Floors was founded in Lynn, MA in 1988.

The business started by a small group of hardworking brothers and still remains a family business. Prices are very fair and quality is always above standards. waterbase traffic HD is the way to go for commercial buildings (all buildings) It's a two part systems that hardens the finish stronger than oil. Low odor (neighbors and pet friendly), drys in 2-3 hrs, cures wayyy sooner than oil and it looks so dang clean.

We Installed about 2k sq/ft of 4" red oak in two and a half days. The some portions of the floor was a pain due to the pine but we made it flush and level as possible. A little bit of skills and a lot bit of patience got it done lol. Congrats to the future home owners.
