Saved this customer $75 a door on his custom doors by mortising and drilling his door locks, latch holes, and hinges. 9 doors total. $675 in savings vs letting the door shop do it. We do our best to save our clients money.

Just a few small things done this week so far. Got the tile grouted receptacles will be changed when lowes gets spacers in, put some carpet down in 3 closets at the same residence. Got some outside lights replaced, toilets installed. Nothing big. Nothing is too small. If we're already there, why not.

Got these counter tops, new sink and plumbing, garbage disposal and dishwasher installed this week. Along with new kitchen lights, porch lights, got his new toilet in, new oven and microwave in and got some trim put around the cabinets for their paint later on. More pictures coming soon. We'll be back for the backsplash and upstairs bathroom remodel next week.

Got this bathroom knocked out in a couple of days after it was gutted and left by a previous contractor. 4 piece fiberglass tub/shower, plumbing, drywall and the vct flooring. Don't get stuck by others give us a call amd we'll get you settled in a timely manner.

When you get a guy that can "do it cheaper" Got a call about crooked boards and posts from another contractor. Obviously no string was pulled from post to post and several bags of quickcrete were put into EVERY SINGLE POST. We pulled down everything but the posts, plumbed posts, added quickcrete, pulled lines and leveled the best we could with already cut posts and got this massive fence straightened out and done a board on board. Top caps and cutting those 6x6s coming soon. Don't waste your time on folks that dabble in carpentry, give us a call and get it done right the first time. Guaranteed to beat prices in the Savannah area.

I've had a lot of calls in the past month about flooring. My rates are going to be $2 sqft for whole house laminate and $4 sqft for tile. There will be a $300 minimum. Demo price will vary.
