Today is my mom's 71st Birthday! She wanted banana cheesecake, so upon request, I made her a Luscious Banana Cheesecake with Bavarian Cream, a Nilla Wafer crust, garnished with Whipped topping.

Hey Y’all... I think I just baked the PERFECT carrot cake! 🥕

If you know me, you know I’m picky about my cake, but this one is on another level. It’s extra moist, packed with an incredible blend of spices, and the best part, it’s topped with a thick, irresistible cream cheese frosting. 🤤

I didn't hold back on the textures either:
 Juicy raisins
 Shredded coconut
 Toasted pecans
 CRUNCHY candied pecans on the outside

And of course, it was baked with LOVE!!! Who wants a slice? 🍰☕️

Fresh, colorful, and packed with protein! 🥗✨

Crisp romaine lettuce, crunchy cucumbers, juicy tomatoes, black olives, protein-packed boiled eggs, and fluffy quinoa, all topped with perfectly grilled chicken and a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette.
