Good afternoon, Savannah! 🛠️ We’ve been busy "cranking out" some incredible transformations lately! Here are a few of our favorite recent projects—and while these are showstoppers, they’re just a glimpse of the many exciting transformations we've been working on behind the scenes.

🏡 Long Point Addition & Remodel
This project was a massive undertaking. We added a full second story and a brand-new front entrance to completely change the home's profile.
Exterior: Tons of new stucco, classic Bahama shutters, and high-performance Marvin windows.
Interior: A stunning new kitchen, a custom fireplace with decorative corbels, and beautifully refinished hardwood floors throughout.

🏡 White Bluff Total Home Renovation
We remodeled this entire home, but the kitchen was the showstopper. By knocking down the walls between the original cramped kitchen and dining room, we created one massive, open-concept chef’s kitchen with all-new finishes.

✨ Imagine strolling through your kitchen, brewing a fresh cup of coffee, and settling down at your custom-made butcher block top to bask in the morning light. ☕️✨ We designed a beautiful platform with ample shelving and enough space for chairs to comfortably slide under the butcher block. Plus, we’ve refinished the old wood floors to bring new life to the space! 🌞🏡

✨ Excited to share the transformation of this historic Tybee Island home! 🏡✨ Did you know it was once the island's only medical facility? It's filled with such rich history! We’ve completely revamped the space, gutting half of the house to create a stunning new master suite, mudroom, kitchen, half bath, and guest bathroom. 🛠️❤️🏖️

The House Doctor is currently transforming the attic into a livable space. In this picture, you can see the installation of 2x10 structural supports, designed to ensure the attic can safely accommodate the extra weight.
