This was a nearly complete renovation of a 1915 condo facing Whitaker Street in the Landmark District. The public rooms were lovely, but the kitchen and bath were completely worn out. We removed the walls that kept the butlers pantry and the kitchen completely seperated from the rest of the house. We also split the existing long narrow bathroom into two efficient full baths. All finishes in the home were replaced at the same time, including large areas of floor replacement and all the woodwork was stripped of its paint and repainted.
