Attention all Customers. Zimmers Sustainable Farms and Greenhouse is pleased to announce exciting news this year. Are you interested in acquiring blueberries and raspberries, as rumor has it? Officially, I have just received a shipment of dormant blueberry and raspberry plants, although unfortunately, blackberry plants are sold out for this year. The available home gardener varieties include Patriot blueberry and Nova raspberry, priced at $12 each, with discounts available for bulk purchases at 2 for $22 or 5 for $50, with the option to mix and match between the two varieties. Additionally, farm varieties are available in limited quantities, including 10 plants of Toro blueberry for $30 each, 10 plants of Sunrise blueberry for $30 each, and 10 plants of Jaclyn Raspberry for $30 each, with no discounts applicable.
They will be avaliable for pre order now or, Wait til mothers Day weekend for sale.
I take venmo only for pre orders.pre orders have to be paid when u pre-order.
If you don't pick up your order by 3 business days Monday through Saturday.
I have the right to refund you, then sell the plants to the next avaliable person.
Also Pre orders for garden Mums are live now.
I have 25 of each color avaliable to be picked up ate may. They will be in 6" pots for $7 due to they are perennial mums not Fall mums that die every year!
These have to be paid in advanced when pre-orders are made.

Just finished half my bed of garlic a few days ago.
I planted
500 german extra hardy
500 german red
About 1000 to 1200 music garlic
200 carpathian
To get a total of 2400 plants which will end up to be 2400 garlic bulbs.
My goal is to keep
200 of the extra hardy
200 of the red
200 of the music
And 100 of the carpathian.
To save approximately 700 bulbs for 2027 season.
I also got metachi and bogytor and kellingrad varieties for their spiciness!! Garlic is my favorite crop after tomatoes cucumbers and beans.
Eventually I would like to have 21,000 bulbs each year but that would take a while lol

Hello, I am happy to inform you that farm-fresh organic garlic scapes are now available for purchase at $1 per bundle, containing six pieces. You can visit the farmstand, located at 1125 Congress Street, Schenectady, NY 12303, at any time between 8am and 8pm. Furthermore, I will be participating in the Guilderland Farmers Market this Sunday.
This will be until the first Sunday of october

Just finally got all my summer squash pumpkins and cucumbers transplanted. Also I didn't my butternut tooo
Next things on list are ornamental corn, sweet corn, beets, and then my greenhouse crops like cucumbers into trade gallon pots then the tomatoes peppers have to be planted into the ground. If it wasn't for this damn rain I would b caught up on everything 3-4 wks ago
But mother nature will do as she pleases
as a farmer I can't fight mother nature I just have to let her do her thing.
Then I'm staring my fall crops now that will be transplanred in August and give me a great bounty which includes broccoli, beets, celery brussel sprouts them I I will also grow bok choy too this year
