Stamped concrete has become one of the most cost effective options for outdoor spaces this year.

With material costs rising across the board, especially lumber and composite decking, deck projects are coming in significantly higher than they were just a few years ago. When comparing similar square footage, stamped concrete patios are often around one third of the cost of a deck.

Both options have their place depending on layout and use, but if the goal is to maximize space while staying within budget, concrete is delivering a lot more value right now.

As always, proper prep and installation are what determine how well it performs long term.

Concrete Surface Protection:
• $99–$129/month depending on size

These photos are from different stages of interior work: basement prep, framing/insulation, drywall, and finished space.
