🌱 Watching them grow 🌱
There is something genuinely magical about watching a seed become a plant.

Biggest tomato mistake you've ever made? 🙋
I'll go first.

I once planted 13 tomato plants thinking 'this is a totally reasonable number of tomatoes for one person.' I had tomatoes until November. I gave them to strangers. I still had too many tomatoes. There was a LOT of sauce made that year.

Would I do it again? Yes. Am I doing it again this year? No. I have a toddler. She's a lot of work.

The label situation 🏷️
Every single plant gets a label. Every one.

I print them myself, they've got the variety name and 'jen grows tomatoes' on them, and they make me unreasonably happy.

It's a small detail but I think it matters — when you take a plant home, you should know exactly what you're getting. No mystery tomatoes here.
