🌻Our 914 🌻
We have owned this 914 for many many years. Being a proud, poor new Porsche owner, my dad drove this car everywhere, the beach, the mountains, the city and the island. When I was young, he performed a frame off restoration in our garage, while trading body work with John Walker for an original, 914-6 motor. We will admit, we wish the car saw more drive time, but, if I had to choose a favorite, this may be it. We always have wanted to do a 5 lug swap and add the appearance group, but the car isn’t going anywhere, and that will happen in due time - My dad tells stories of many making fun of him for his Volkswagen, or the countless questions of WHY restore a 914 like that, we’re certainly worth it #914 #9146
